Ruskin infants will have you believe they are there to help and support you and are really trying during these uncertain times but what they are doing is failing to communicate with parents, their ofsted reports have lowered before corona even started. Their senco reports parents for assaulting their kids and makes inaccurate statements and assumptions. Like falling over an adults foot is somehow an unsupervised injury! They cannot explain themselves and even though my social worker has said that it is ruskins job to speak to me about the report they have made they are still not facing the parent. I have had emails, phone calls and meetings with several members of staff across the board and overall 1 star. I have had to pull my son from there and look for alternative as their is no trust between parent and teacher.
