I went for my toddler's measurements and to buy some shoes for him and the staff was helpful and friendly. The store was not crowded and didn't had to wait. Sanitasing station in place at the entrance. Very good quality shoes. And a good range of sizes for toddlers, my son's feet are chunky and regular shoes don't fit him.

Brilliant set up during these times, excellent biosecurity measures and reassuring for those who have been shielding! Waiting should be expected, if children are able to cope with this- adults should be. There is an appointment booking system if you don’t have the patience to wait. All members of staff trying their absolute hardest and still have smiles upon their faces. Well done 👍

I'd just like to thank Chlo,who had the patience of a saint yesterday with my daughter yesterday.Nothing was too much trouble and made our shopping experience for boots a stress free experience.We felt extremely"safe"within store ,thank you.

Painful. Huge store, tiny queue to enter and was limited to 2 families. Only 1 set of PPE shared between 2 staff (measuring screen). Took more than 1hr. I understand safety completely but this way of operating means revenue will never pay their costs and they will end up closing. Needs a rethink.
