Good place for trainers. Lady was nice and friendly.
I purchashed some converse online when the shop was shut due to coronavirus. After wearing the converse for a few weeks the glue started to show - which was white on a black shoe.
I attempted to take them back and have never been treated so poorly by a manager before. He stated it was wear and tear (after a few weeks of wearing them) and spoke to me in such a condescending manner that my husband had to step in!
Took them to a different store who happily exchanged them. Will never set foot in this store again
Good customer service when we were shopping in there today. No trouble asking to try on several sizes and really friendly chat with the customer assistant that served my other half and I and helped us decide on which converse to get! Good prices. Best place to go for shoes if you know what you want. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Great customer service from Olivia. She was attentive and willing to assist. I have not shopped at Shuh in a long time, but I will be a returning customer henceforth, thanks to Olivia👌🏼☺
The 5 star review is basically down to the guy that served us. He was excellent and such an honest down to earth chap, haven't had such good customer service in a long time.
