They're trying hard to encourage shoppers . A team were giving away small Christmas gifts and were very friendly and welcoming. A big effort had been made to mark out walking routes for social distancing. A range of shops selling a wide variety of products. Clean accessible toilets.
Safe but somewhat confusing floor guide , security seem to pick and choose who they "tell off" for not quite following the floor guide yet natter in a friendly way to others (possibly known to themselves) not following the guide at all
It's very rundown u can't get a sit down cup of coffee as we are pensioners and don't like Costa more choice please
Staff are usually friendly but the layout of the arrows and lanes for social distancing is confusing and not easy to follow.
Well signed one-way system for maintaining distance (Covid 19) in place. Not too many people about. Very pleasant experience, when I was unsure about what to expect.
