i emailed them to sate im no longer working they continued to inform hmrc for 4 cosecutive months that i was being paid they obveiously have a generic system... i was unemployed and unable to claim any benifits.
even after apeal i was 1600 down and being taxed on earnings i never had
they then contacted me after a lovely phone call with very patronising woman who continued to call me "love" on the phone after i reatedly asked her not to...
due to not paying them for 4 month they terminated my contract and wouldnt assist me any further, due to covid i havent preceeded through small claims court
avoid this company.
Overpriced for the service you receive, had agreed a deal to close down my ltd company at the end of the month for a set fee and i had been away for work for two weeks to come back and find a letter saying they will no longer be doing it.
I have an email trail to show i have been in discussion and agreed to close down and pay at the end of this month.
Emailed the lady that i was dealing with and no response!
Stay away as other accountants will charge you much less for the same service these are easily 4 times as much as most other places
Very efficient and always happy to answer my questions
Didn't fully explain costs on the phone, was told it would be £320 and they take £380, plus I got a better rebate the year before with less cis contributions. My opinion is avoid at all cost.
