A friend bought me shoes for my Bday and they were too small. Went in store and they changed them straight away and while l browsing a pair caught my eye and the sale assistant advised me that they were cheaper online at the moment!!

Went in yesterday to exchange the shoes my husband has gifted me. Served by a young lady named Melissa. She was absolutely amazing, i was very picky with the pair of Original Timberlands i wanted. She bought me different styles and helped me pick the right one. She had patience and the correct attitude, she approached me and spoke to me as well as helping me out. Usually retailers just ask if you need any help and walk away. I Was very stressed yesterday but that young girl put a big smile on my face with her welcoming attitude. Very small store but has good shoes.

Great store. Usually the online store is my go to for all branded footwear but the Brick Lane store were so helpful in finding my right size, reserving it and advising me on exchanges and returns id reccomend this place to anyone. Super helpful and friendly store manager!
