Never have I received such deplorable service before, I have worked in customer service for many years so I am fully aware of how to treat a customer. I approached two workers after about 5 minutes of browsing, they did not give me a single bit of acknowledgement, even though my boyfriend and I were the only two people in the store. We walked straight out and I purchased the shoes online directly from Adidas

Went in looking to get a pair of trainers, my girlfriend and I were the only two in the store, after a while of looking around we approached two staff members for help, they continued talking amongst themselves and didn’t even listen or make eye contact. Walked out straight away, didn’t expect service to be that awful.
