Awful customer service, two girls working there were chatting amongst each other and i had to approach them. She then looked at me in disgust as if I was being inconsiderate interrupting her conversation, replied "black, grey, blue" to my question then went straight back to talking to her friend.
I decided to spend my money elsewhere, do not spend your money here unless you like being treated with awful customer service.
Great place to buy shoes from. Nice and very helpful guys there too. Will defo go back next time.
Worst customer service experience I have ever had ordering something online. Seem to have no record of shoes delivered or returned to them. Had to call and email for months to get a refund for shoes that never arrived because they sent them to the wrong address.
Awful customer service. The girl couldn't care less which made me not want to purchase anything .
