Visited here about 2 weeks ago and it was an underwhelming experience. I was ignored by staff, even though they approached other customers. Doesn't matter though, I got the message loud and clear and I'll stick to more inclusive brands from now on.
Whilst the merchandise is excellent, sadly the same cannot be said of the customer service, in this particular store. Will not be visiting again!
Love the clothing but I swear every time I go there it's like that scene from Pretty Woman where they don't help me shop. Once I spent ages trying on coats and not once did the salesperson arranging blouses ask me if I needed anything. Last Saturday no one greeted me in the empty store as I looked for new jumpers. Such a shame. I'll head somewhere else to spend my money thanks. BIG MISTAKE. HUGE.
Can’t believe that they sell such low quality clothes for those prices. Everything made in China, low quality fabrics. At least sell them for what it’s worth...
I always have the most outstanding experience when I visit whistles. Not only are the clothes great but the experience is fantastic too.
