All such wonderful and welcoming people, the vets are lovely and explain everything to you. All staff very friendly, service 1st class and facilities lovely and clean. Would highly recommend.

Shocked and upset at the service of this practise. I used them to conduct a vetting based on the good reviews I read on google as I never used them before. The vetting itself was fine but what I will say and forewarn other people is to get the name of the person you talk to on the phone and record the call! I asked how long it would take for blood results to get back as we were under time pressure to get the horse (personal situation). I gave the lady on the phone the exact date I had till and asked if the bloods would be back in time. She replied “oh yes, they will be back within 5 working days so they’ll be back in time” which I thought great so I will go ahead with them. The bloods didn’t come back until 10 working days later which was past the date i needed them despite me chasing them up with the practise and the vet who did the vetting. I refused to pay the bill as I was clearly mis-sold this service and after informing the practise of this, I was told “I don’t know why you were told 5 working days as an external lab does the tests so we can’t give an exact time they’ll be back.” After numerous calls back and forth the practise is still charging me for this mis-sold service and I was told over the phone that there is no proof of the initial phone call and nobody can remember saying this (how convenient). The worst part is, I even offered to pay half the bill to end the stress, even though the mistake was made by them! I was completely honest when I first called this practise about everything and had they have advised me correctly I would never have gone ahead with the bloods as it would have been (and was) pointless. So I was told wrong information by a member of their staff and then charged for it! It appears acceptable by this practise to misinform and mis-sell you their services so you go ahead with them. I have never experienced this before and I feel like I’ve been scammed out of money.

I took a very poorly horse through to Rainbow.. She was treated with such care and I was guided every part of the way.. I felt in such kind and excellent hands and even though we were unable to save her, the effort and kindness was so much appreciated.. Gemma Tyner went way and beyond to help us and for that, I shall be forever grateful.. Thank you. x
