You walk through a beautiful wood to reach a rocky cove where you find the waterfall. It wasn't very powerful when we visited, but the cove is amazing with huge boulders to climb and clamber over. We had lunch on top of one of the huge boulders and whilst we ate, we saw harbour porpoises and seals. We saw two other people while we were there, the place feels very remote, and the coastline looks prehistoric, perfect set for a Jurassic Park scene.

A lovely walk, beautiful rocky beach and waterfall The pub is lovely very dog friendly. Worth a visit. Pay to park, have the right change.

Overall an underwhelming waterfall, not particularly tall nor wide nor noisy. The most interesting thing is opposite it, which is the sea and rocky beach. Not much to see or do just spend 2 minutes looking at it hoping for something more before finally giving up and walking back up the trail and towards the cow fields dodging the bull that's on the loose there.

Excellent little find. Lovely cobblestone beach, with interesting rock pools. The walk down through the wood is full of life and colour. Steps are quite step and uneven so not easy for young kids, but worth the effort. The pub at the top looks like it would be excellent too once it is back open. Parking is limited so be prepared to walk, but the cinder track railway footpath/cycle root gives quick access from a number of car parking locations.

It is a beautiful secluded Wyke or Cove. A waterfall cascading straight onto the beach. It is also a geologists dreams because of the cliff strata and water rounded incredible sand stones.
