We've been using Backoffice Nationwide for our payroll for a few months now. Being a relatively new business ourselves, with very limited knowledge of the correct processes to follow, Backoffice Nationwide were recommended to us. They are absolutely fantastic - Faye and Bethany have been very helpful, despite numerous questions from us, and they always take the time to ensure everything is spot on. Cannot recommend highly enough!

The Backoffice team started supporting us at the end of 2020, and have been absolutely fantastic. From the first meeting, they were able to give us solid advice and guidance. They have been honest, open and knowledgable from the get-go, and have been spot-on with their communication. Backoffice Nationwide have been a partner to my business for a long time and the reason for this? They are professional. They are wonderfully efficient. They are easy to talk to and work with. Faye, Beth and Georgie know everything there is to know about payroll and financial support functions. Phil and Nikki are the best Credit control team I could wish for! Just ask my bank!!. Emma and Mark who run my back office business are brilliant too! I cannot recommend Backoffice Nationwide highly enough and together we form a fantastic partnership.

We started working with Back Office in order for our business to have more support on the payroll side, invoicing and just to generally tighten up our procedures. They have been amazing! Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Everything now runs smoothly, communication is great and although we're not in the same office building, they always feel like part of the team.
