The receptionists are always polite and friendly. The vets know the pet by name. They explain exactly what they are doing. They are always professional yet friendly. I would recommend the practice to anyone.
They are always helpful and polite. I have been registered with St James's for many years and have always been happy with their service no matter what the issue with my dogs. 🐕🐾👍Always there to help 🙂
Fantastic practice. I had to take my dog to see the Heart Vet at the Penllegaer practice and they were so friendly and helpful and well set up for Covid.
Absolutely fabulous vets ! The vets have a range of skills and expertise amongst the branches , they really treat the pet Visitors like there own .

Car park good, with grass area if needed when waiting for appointment.
Clean and tidy, but can be waiting a while, seems to be less staffing than their main branch.
Staff will go over and above for your pets!
