Has its busy moments like all Costa coffee houses, but keen staff and pleasant to customers. Kept tidy, and clearing tables generally done fairly regularly. Getting a seat can be awkward if you're on your own, there's no guarantee you've got one, even if you've got your drink. But this issue is the same in many places. Costa, please put some thought into this, thank you
Staff were really friendly and welcoming. You feel very safe even during COVID-19. The food and drinks are always made to a high standard.

Good food and drink but this costa is literally the SLOWEST costa on the planet 🤦♀️ sort it out guys. No excuse when other Costa’s manage just fine
