Visited 24.8.20. During the corovid crisis. What more can I possibly add that other reviewers have already said. A locally owned and operated cafe,. Spotlessly clean with excellant food and friendly service. The food is superb, whole bean coffee is like nectar of the gods. Well worth a visit.

They get to know there customers and what their regular orders are. It's a nice atmosphere

Fantastic service. Great food and drinks. They are a lovely family business.
I would usually grab a coffee at the station before catching my train but as it's cash only I was looking for somewhere close by where I could pay by card. Lola's was open at 7am, good coffee and a cheeky custard tart (never too early for a custard tart!). Service was friendly but quick enough to dash for the train. Will be making this my regular stop.
