Today i went to my appointment and was left in the pouring rain with my dogs for over 40 minutes, one of which is over 15 years old. The vet took over an hour to give my dogs their 2 Annual vaccination jabs, they had zero care for the dogs or the paying customer. The reason they gave was due to COVID measures. i feel that COVID has nothing to do with timeliness and professionalism, this service is dire and needs improvement. If you want advice from a dog lover, take your per somewhere else.
Really good service clearly cared about my pets welfare even rung for three days following to check she was ok.
Had my dog booked in today for the snip. Booked in for 8.30am. Total disregard for my time (not for the first time) in checking him in, having to wait outside (due to Covid) for over half an hour making me late for work.
Got a call at midday to say that they weren't doing his surgery today due to emergencies; having known from early morning that they were too busy, not even a receptionist apparently could call to ask me to come collect him.
They totally forgot about my dog alone and distressed sat in a cage for hours all for nothing. I understand emergencies take priority but they are cruel to my dog to not call me to pick him up as soon as they knew they would not be able to operate on him.
He's been distressed in a cage for hours for absolutely no point at all.
Killed a dog without scanning it and put it to sleep. The dog was fine and nothing wrong with it.
Terrible service. I will be finding another vets. I would not waste your time with this place. I would compare this place to when you are having driving lesson. They squeeze you for money on consultations when not required or extra consultations based on bad service
