Unfortunately we were sent to use this Company after a recent car accident
I could not offer any positive feedback apart from saying that Emma who works there is professional and the whole experience we had with Turners was well below what you should expect from a car repair company post car accident. Shody uncaring approach at best. Company attempted to remediate it but damage limitation was done. Do not if possible let your insurer send you to the Turner garage at Selby.
Overall I think 3.8 out of 5 is a fair reflection. Only 50% of the repair work to my vehicle was actually carried out because I did not point out every single scratch. Turners made an incorrect assumption of the works required and as such provided the third party insurer with an inaccurate work estimate. I am now left with a vehicle that still has considerable scratches on it. The work they actually have carried out is to a high standard however.
Excellent service all round. A fantastic job of a terrible little mistake by me. I was kept informed of progress and the car was ready when they said it would be.
