I am a new patient to the practice and have been very pleased with the treatment I received. Excellent service from the receptionist, nursing staff and the lovely dentists. I was made to feel very welcome and at ease. I am in the middle of Quick Straight Teeth treatment and am excited to see the results! Thank you all

I had been going here for over 10 years, however since changing hands, I'm afraid I have been unsatisfied with the service provided. I had a very stressful experience during a routine check-up and subsequent treatment, due to a complete lack of explanation from the dentist. Previous to this, I'd religiously had my six monthly check-ups without needing any treatment for over 7 years and suddenly was being told I needed 2/3 fillings with one then being a possible root canal/extraction. As a nervous patient, I didn't feel that the dentist made any effort to put me at ease and the lack of communication was disconcerting. Consequently, I have moved to a different practice.
