I have had only good experience with Exercise Direct. I ordered a cycling jacket for my son and it came quickly. It was too big and this firm wasted no time in sending another, smaller size. I was kept informed all the time and the seller went to a great deal of trouble to be helpful and informative. I would certainly buy again and recommend wholeheartedly.

Hi guys i ordered a pair of trainers on the 12th july and still they have not arrived , i bought them off Amazon and thought they were from abroad , for instance i bought some kswiss for my wife from germany 3 DAYS THEY TOOK TO ARRIVE !! YOUR IN HULL I'M IN ROTHERHAM . 10 DAYS GUYS .. THATS POOR , IS THE COURIER ON FOOT . no wonder british business is struggling to provide us brits with our goods i can'rt review your goods cos i aint got um it's only the service i'm complaining about thanks steve
