id like to share my experience about sally the owner. she is a controlling , manipulative self confessed liar,(she will tell you what she thinks you want to hear) and unable to take instructions. it all started when i asked 'do you sell houses' because i wasn't sure after looking at her website, she said yes. the truth is they sell houses through a third party called doorsteps.(a cheap internet firm). after agreeing on a sale price she wanted to lower the price by around 10% within days. after looking at the price we paid for the house she took it upon herself to tell me my finances. and give me sold prices for the street (not the area, which i argued with her). all in all it took 17 weeks for the conveyancing to go through for an empty house with no chain. this was after i contacted the buyer directly and took control, to which sally then undermined me and told me not to. during the process we had unreliable updates , very little return via phone calls. ultimately i couldn't get rid of her because i only owned 50% of the property. btw the house sold for around 10% more than sally said it would (1k below the origional asking price). during the conveyancing period the property was taken completely down from right-move and zoopla, we never got an explanation for that. all in all it was a very poor service. i would just like to add that the other lady sue is a very hard worker and tried to lighten the situation.

I arranged to view a property and agent turned up without keys, then failed to arrange another viewing. I preceded to buy a different property from a different agent as I was not able to view the house Moss and Co was selling. Very poor service

Quick and efficient service. Communication was excellent and the fees are a fraction of the price you'll pay elsewhere without having to compromise on quality ......5 stars all round!

Absolutely shambles of a company.. lack of communication and no customer service what so ever! And has for Julie I agree with comments what have already been posted avoid her as she had no customer service what so ever didn’t listen to anything you said and resulted in to a no sale of a property but would polity say wasn’t all her at fault! But she definitely wasn’t help full what so ever! Learned the hard way thank god we are not dealing with these anymore!
