Gotchs are great. The prices are not far off the best you'll find online, sometimes better if they're doing a promotion. The difference seems to be that the advice you get is spot on, not the oppressive sales pitch you would get in a megastore. Delivery is quick and reliable. The disposal of the old appliance and installation of the new one is very good value compared with a lot of larger operators. Can't recommend this local business enough.
