The staff member on the till completely ignored me for about 10 minutes before rudely telling me that I was not queuing in the correct place. There was nobody else in the store at the time.
I am absolutely fuming, this place is an absolute joke staff are rude, and have no clue what they are doing they don’t deserve 1 star to be honest, you can’t get a straight answer of them there is no phone number it’s shocking, AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!
Been here twice to sell equipment, on both occasions I found the process to be very straightforward and quite fair with the prices offered. Staff were polite and friendly on both occasions. I wish I'd known about this place sooner as I'd already sold some stuff with Music Magpie and realised they really aren't as generous with their valuations. I would trade here again.
