Messaged to asked about a repair. Message was read and I was ignored. Not good customer service what so ever. Obvs can't repair anything bar iPhone so pretty useless in all honesty.
I Brought in an iPhone 7+ a couple weeks ago unfortunately it couldn't be fixed. This wasn't a problem as apple said it couldn't either, the problem was with the £40 refund. Its been a week and a half now and everyday that I've phoned I've been told that the next day It'll be sent, and still nothing.
EDIT: it’s been months so I’d just like to add I never got my refund and they started avoiding my phone calls
