Very impressed with the level of knowledge and service provided. I took my iPhone here after four other stores told me it wasn't fixable. They had my phone fixed in a day all for less than £100. I'm so happy to get all my photos back!
Took my laptop in here recently after I was having issues getting it to start up. Very friendly guy on the desk advised me that they would look into it but were very busy it might take a few days. Was very impressed to be called back the same day advising they had diagnosed the problem. Just one day later I had my laptop back working as normal again! Given the current global situation I was very impressed by the level of service and professionalism and feel they went over and beyond for me. Will take all my laptop's here in future.
Wife's laptop still as slow as ever even after charging her a small fortune and a promise it would be much faster.
What a joke shop you are, a maybe you should start selling masks and helium balloons.. & . Maybe even fancy dress outfits.
Oh and she has a different surname than me, so don't bother with the whole "can't find you on our system" which you seem to rattle off to everyone that leaves a negative review.
Been using the guys here for years. They have always sorted my problems out quickly and for a fair price. I made the mistake of going elsewhere on one occasion but these guys still managed to sort out the mess the other store had left me in. Couldn't fault the service received!
Was very impressed with the speed of service. I took my macbook in for a new battery and they had it back to me on the same day. They even fixed the mouse at the same time for no extra charge! Will use again!
