Obviously a queue at the door in these troubled times. However the staff member who met and greeted the punters was very pleasant. Their were areas set aside for group sizes of 2 - 4 with suitable gaps in between. There was a covid book-in with help for those who didn't have the app. A marked route led to the counter where orders were taken and a separate. area for dispensing drinks. All staff wore masks and the servery was also protected by perspex. The area behind the servery screen was constantly cleaned and the tables before being reallocated.
It felt very safe.
We had coffee and vegan nut bars for an afternoon treat. Costa is very well organized and endeavours to keep customers and staff covid safe. Costa offer vegan cake and light lunches which is brilliant and very welcome.
The staff at Costa are very professional and we love the food and drinks on sale.
I met up with a work colleague in the evening and the coffee shop was very clean,the staff member who served us was very polite.x
Nice coffee shop. Busy, but staff are dealing really well with the Covid changes - unfortunately customers don’t think the new rules on seating or queuing apply to them. Really glad staff are so pro active- it keeps it safe for those of us who do abide by the rules. Thank you costa staff
Very busy but definitely worth the wait, they're such wonderful staff and never fail to make a good cup of coffee.
