Pumpkin spiced latte was really nice, unfortunately customers allowing their children to climb over multiple chairs and seats and not obeying social distancing
Covid compliant. Clean and tidy. Staff and service well organised. Inside and outside seating. Nice hot chocolate.
It took almost forever to get to the counter to order. There didn't seem to be enough staff to make the drinks. However had gorgeous coffee flavoured Frappachino with cream. Just heavenly!!! 😀
When I have been last time was on 2nd of the August
I've ask staff if I can use toilet member of the team she has refused me .personally I'm travelling to this store over 45 miles what is fair bit just just for shopping .
.CUSTOMER SERVICE of this staff is EXTREMELY POOR. Any person walking there even ONLY ASKING FOR TOILET NEEDS IS POTENTIALLY PERSON WHOM CAN BUY A DRINK .
Staff like that girl on greatting position must have this in mind OBVIOUSLY she is NOT , and NOT well trained to do her job .FRANCHISED OR NOT store staff like HER put EXTREMELY BAD NAME FOR THE COMPANY. I will forward that massage to the head office too
