Very rude staff! When asked why our drinks were taking so long (my daughter had eaten her dinner and we still had no drink) the staff member was very rude, saying we should have said we wanted our drinks the same time as my daughter's food. We then asked for our money back for the 2 hot drinks we ordered but never received, but we wanted the hot chocolate we ordered for my daughter. The staff member said we couldn't have her drink and took it off us! Terrible customer service skills!

The food and service is food for a lovely sunny day out. Very family friendly; brilliant hospitality. Dog friendly; great outdoors and regular park runs around the forest. Disabled toilets and leisurely atmosphere.

very nice salad and tea for a very reasonable price, half what starbux would charge but just as good in a very nice big clean room in the park.Makes a good cycle ride stop between the trails.

My granddaughter loves it here ,,most days she is there with her mum and dad and even grandad gary ,,she don't want to leave...
