Very poor experience dealing with Ian at Wirral branch. Failed to protect us as buyers so when seller was delayed, we didnt get to charge them interest or penalty. I would not recommend them for conveyancing services. The irony was that we were recommended to issue late notice and be charged for something that we didnt get anything back for. It's a bizarre experience so AVOID.

Friendly, helpful, courteous, professional service from experienced and talented professionals. House sale is going through to completion next week and I have been kept up to date throughout, with fast responses to questions and queries (always within 24 hours) - thank you Olivia and Kathryn! The online portal is really useful at the start of the process to collect all information up front. All documents are signed electronically or via the post so no need to attend the office. Competitive quote and excellent service levels - highly recommend! Our case handling solicitor has changed just prior to completion, however I have been informed of this well in advance and have no concerns whatsoever. I am using a different firm for my purchase and I wish I had just used HM for the purchase too, other firm are appallingly bad - you get what you pay for!
