I always get my little boy to get his feet measure and get new shoes for him. Every time I’m not sure if my little boy outgrown his feet. The staff are happy to measure it or check it for me without any hesitation. Even no pressure for me to buy new pair.
One afternoon I had emergency to get shoe for special event. They had their time to make sure I get the right shoe to match my clothes. Even I had few shoes to find the perfect one. No hesitation. They make sure I get right customer service. They always make sure they got stock in. Never rely online to buy shoes (not for me)
They are very experienced staff who knows what they doing and make sure we get the right size and be comfortable.

The most unhelpful shop I have visited in a long time, the first member of staff was trying to be helpful, the next, a manager I presume was just plain rude. If your website is out of date, don’t blame the customer!
