Easy to call for petrol when passing.
Lovely large Wilco store.So good to be able to still be able to buy hardware goods in a town center rather than have to go to an out of town outlet such as Clifton Moore in York.
It is a shame that so many shops are closing down in Selby though such as Peacocks, Edingborough Woollen Milk and Bonmarche.
Lovely little cafe in the market cross
Apart from the awful piped music it's a typical 80s outdoor shopping centre. Some great independent businesses and a few homogenous chains.
There's everything here. Coffee... try the Hub, or Costa. Home bargains have everything you need. Morrisons supermarket on the corner, hairdresser, butcher, Baker, phone shops (EE and Vodaphone) Hays travel agency has to be the best agency, bar none, they really do make you feel a part of their family. Birthday gifts a d cards can be found at the card shop and 'The Works'. There's many more shops, many locally owned and run. Support them as much as you can.
