We've had non-stop trouble with these. I'll hold my hands up and say that the staff are lovely, they were never "nasty" to us. However, myself and my partner decided to take a room off of their hands, we said the whole way through that we have hamsters and we were assured that they would not be a problem because they "do not count as pets" so we put £109 down as a reservation fee on this room. We had so much trouble with guarantor forms, they were very invasive, wanted to know what was in savings and the bank! Once that had been sorted and we had been approved, they sent the tenancy agreement, it's a good job that we read through it properly otherwise we would have signed to pay an extra £50 a month! However, this was corrected and they sent a new one, we read through this one and they had put my partners middle name, not his first name, so that was corrected. Then reading through the final copy, we saw the "you must not keep pets, birds or insects on the property without written consent by the landlord" as we had been told that hamsters weren't a problem, we weren't worried but I phoned up anyway before I signed just to get written consent from them about the hamsters which is when they then told me that they don't allow hamsters which definitely confused us as we'd been told that hamsters were fine the whole way through the process to the point of us putting money down on the place! I tried to get our money back because we had been mislead into sending them the money and they offered to "turn a blind eye" to the hamsters but they refused to put that in writing and because they had given us that offer, they refused to give us our money back. Honestly a ridiculous company when it comes to information about rules and regulations. They really need to read up on more and communicate a lot more with each other! DO NOT ADVISE.

Company does not value their clients. I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for housing. They have no values. Appalling customer service and behaviour.

Awful company. They'll charge you ludicrous amounts, never fix problems with your property, and come up with any reason not to give you your deposit back. Avoid at all costs.
