GREAT SHOP! Big selection, all on display to view, very competitive prices, staff really nice, friendly and knowledgable. Let us try loads of different models. We ordered and delivery was swift. They answer their phone, and call you back, so good communication . All in all really great experience, after shopping at all the other places we went for a bugaboo chameleon from these guys :) Would recommend. Keep it up team!

Travelled over an hour to shop on a recommendation from another baby shop. Not open on 15th of March. Sign on shutters closed for the weekend due to a baby shower! Absolute joke! Won't be coming back!

Me and my wife was expecting our second child so we went to Bristols to purchase many different items. While we was there we asked a member of staff if a buggy board would fit on a Mothercare pushchair she never asked us what model the pushchair was she just said the maxi board fits mothercare pushchairs so we purchased this buggy board in October so it was ready for the baby's pushchair and my toddler had a board to stand on while my wife could push the pram,It seemed easier than getting a double buggy. When I came to fit the board it had a split in the main board and also it fitted to the pram but my son was bending his back and leaning forward over the baby just so my wife could push it was really uncomfortable for my son as his back was bent and also very dangerous as he was leaning over the baby, plus you could not put the brake on the pram as the board was in the way. Having going back to Bristols for a refund 2 months later I was approached by a staff member and asked what the problem was, I let the her see the crack on the board and they refused to give me a replacement or refund as they didn't know if rascal who makes the board would give them a credit so now I'm left with a board that's not fit for purpose and having contacted trading standards I have now got to take the matter further. The store manager Stuart was very rude and unprofessional to me on the phone and said I'm not getting a refund do what I like. It's poor how these guys treat customers I feel sorry for people that's spent alot of money on prams because if any thing goes wrong they won't repair or refund they take your money and don't want to know you if any things go wrong, never going there again. Not a good experience for us. Better off buying products from bigger stores as you have more protection when your products become faulty.
