Hi everyone. I would like to share my bad experience with East Midlands Reebok and Adidas store. I bough Reebok shoes from East Midlands store. When I got back home I put those shoes on and after 30 min wearing I started feeling pain in my left foot. The left shoe was pinching my foot's thumb. I took them off and started to inspect. After inspection I have noticed that shoe was faulty. Left shoe was slightly different from right shoe. The end of the shoe was more narrower when another. On my day off I took them back to the store trying to get a refund or exchange. I been told that shoes are not in resellable condition and I can't get refund or exchange them. I explained to store manager that you can't resell them because they are faulty and most important thing I can't wear them. After conversation with the manager I had to leave store without a refund or exchange. Never had a similar problem with a other retailers. I always buy trainers from Nike never had a problem with them. Never ever going back to do my sports ware shopping with them. They do not look after customers happiness.
