You may have to queue but it's managed well. Hand sanitizer is at the door. Staff are attentive and polite. The shop is well organised with plenty of clearly marked sale items. The sale items are good value. Shame you can't try things on in store but we used our car. Rated down as you only get 7 days for sale refunds and with not being able to try items on, it's a short time.
Overpriced for "factory outlet". Considering travelling cost you won't save none. The choice is very little and frankly, what you find in store is just junk Levis can't sell, overstock mostly. So you think you're getting a good deal while in reality it's you're buying junk.
Great prices and a good selection of styles and sizes
Went in there to look for new Jean's. Was instantly greeted by staff and wouldn't let me browse at my own pace. Within 5 mins I'd had 4 different members of staff approach me. Even coming into my changing room cubicle. Over heard the manager telling members of staff to follow around the customers and not to let them in changing room unattended. Ended up leaving as I wasnt going to spend money in a store like that.
I had a very helpfull member of staff helping me. Managed to get exactly what I needed & treated myself to an extea pair in the sale. Was dreading this, turned out to be very easy. Big thanks.
