Professional and “can do” attitude from all staff, every time I visit. Great prices compared to car dealers who over charge for keys! One of the workers, Carl, is always courteous, well informed and will go the extra mile for customers. I can’t remember the name of the other guy but they are both a credit to the company.

Car key fob not working so called in for new battery. Unfortunately not just the battery - fob full of 'gunge' (I think because of my dogs penchant for carrying the keys from the car). Outlook was not optimistic but left it with them. They cleaned, dried & fixed it & rang me when done. Cost? - just a new battery (other one was 10 years old) . Excellent service - I thought I was looking at £100 plus for a new fob. 10 out of 10.

I was at this side of town and thought i would pop in and grab some shopping. I dropped keys and said i could be back in an hour but the assistant said i can do this in 2 mins. Unfortunately rushed work isn't the best because the keys don't work. Maybe not rushing a job would be better so i don't have to come back?? Out of 4 keys only 2 work 😕

Came here to have some spare keys made up in my lunch at hour at work. They were really helpful, and did the job quickly for me so that i could get back to the office. Keys work perfectly and will definitely return here in the future.
