Excellent service and very good covid precaution in place
Incredibly rude staff. I got my consumer rights 'half right', at which point the manager told me 'not to quote your consumer rights when you are wrong' and he 'knew all about them'. Good job I knew something, or I would have been walking out with the faulty product and left to contact the manufacturer myself.
If the staff have zero respect for their customers, then online every time.
We bought a phone online and forgot to get a monthly cover. When we asked in store they gave us wrong information!!!!! We could have done this in store, but the employee that was "helping" us didn't know what to do!!!
