Bought 4 LED Fluorescent tubes just over a year ago and 2 have now failed. Contacted the Hermitage Lane store in Mansfield last week and was told they would contact the supplier and would ring back the next day. Nearly a week later I am still waiting.

Fantastic service, staff couldn't be more helpful. Have never let us down, despite needing things on short notice or sourced around the country.

Terrible service, returns policy is a joke charge 15% "Handling fee" on a notice in the shop (nothing on receipt or website) rather go to Recon in Chesterfield never charged me for returning goods and give a great price unlike Edmundson. Never will use this place again in my life, future customers beware.

same thing happened to me, terrible staff and policy, bunch of robbers behind the edmundson logo, beware people this is despicable place to go.
