Took a set of Cloud Nine straighteners in due to and before I'd finished my cooked breakfast at the café across the road I got a message to say they were fixed. Even replaced a worn part that wasn't even part of the original fault and all for a fixed price. So lucky to have this business on our doorstep.
Fantastic service, I posted my ghd's on Friday and received them back the following Tuesday good as new. I would definitely recommend this company.
Fantastic service, I was really impressed by them. Instructions were easy to follow; I sent my GHDs off, and got a text the following day to say that they had been fixed and would be mailed back to me that same day. I received them the following morning :). I was pleased to find a report included with the returned straighteners that told me the different tests they had performed on my straighteners, and what the problem had been in my case. I thought it was a good service to take the time to run a thorough test on the straighteners in general to make sure everything else was in working order too before returning them, rather than simply treating the original issue. They also took the time to call me when there was a confusion about my address, rather than blindly mailing it and hoping for the best, which I appreciated :)! All of this was done in the midst of a national lockdown. Thanks to WeRepairGHDs - I would highly recommend their service.
