I ordered some things online and when going into the shop to collect them Chelsie showed me everything to make sure they were correct she is an asset to the team so friendly and helpful always got a smile on her face would certainly recommend this shop to anyone I no and I will keep shopping with them x

Fantastic customer service from the man in my local shop in Sutton in Ashfield. Visited Friday 3rd July just before close to collect a personalised mug I had ordered online for collection in store. There was an issue with all the text fitting onto the mug, he sorted it even though he only had 10 minutes before the shop closed, all whilst serving two other customers, all the time very helpful and with a smile on his face. Excellent customer service, thank you.
