Great lady who tired to help me
Lots of stock on the shop floor but when trying to make a purchase nothing was in stock and no date for delivery...poor service. If something isn't available then why let people go through the rigmarole of finding the scarce staff members to look it up and then explain you cant purchase it ...what a carry-on!!!

First class service could not have better full credit to the person who served me
Swansea store much better controlling amount entering the store and directing to goods you want before entry no one in site when I entered had to go hunt a member of staff for directions to item I wanted
