My daughter ordered me some music books and paid for them.The books never arrived they were supposed to be an Xmas gift. After complaining at the shop I was assured they would contact me when the books arrived.I have never heard anything from them. I will never set foot in this shop ever again they are simply theives

I bought my first guitar here and they was very very helpful. Been again on the 8/6/18 and it was a different staff member and he couldn't have been more helpful. Even gave me helpful tips for my practicing chords.

Great shop - unlike the big box shifting companies you get to go in and talk to a HUMAN , get advice and more importantly TOUCH the thing you are buying! One of the owners, James, is always chirpy and really helpful and will always price match or beat it where he can! Long live music shops! It's where every teen starts their dream and we should all remember that and shop in them, not just rely on the internet! Good effort guys, good luck and long may it continue.
