Lacking in management. Manager was incredibly rude to her younger employee in front of myself and other clients. She proceeded to make the salon environment awkward. When questioned about it she was then incredibly rude to me and began whispering to other colleagues about me. I have never been made to feel so unwelcome in a salon before. I would not give this salon or this manager time of day again. She really should consider how she speaks to people in her salon. I really do feel sorry for the girls who have to work with this lady.
I was in the salon when this lady came in. I have always received excellent service from everyone in Halo. I am not going to get into a slanging match but what this lady describes is definitely not what I saw and heard in the salon this evening. The lady wasn't even a client in the salon so I don't think it's fair for her to comment in this way.
