Ok for supermarket cafe. Polite staff.
Over 30 minutes wait for my food. Friends orders messed up. Extremely small jacket potato with a sprinkling of cheese that I paid an extra 70p for. Only good thing being getting my money back. I wont be using this cafe again. It used to be very well organised but now it is a joke.
Lovely reserve. Parking and disabled blue badge parking. A vistors centre and cafe offering snacks, coffee/tea and cakes and good lunches.
Dirty tables, floor, crockery, pottery...and when you complaint to staff they then have a 'deep' discussion with other staff members to find out whose 'turn' it is!!
No milk, tables dirty. Even dirty around the hot water dispenser.
Nobody at customer services too complain to.
No staff at the bakery or even at the butchers with customers waiting. Just no staff.
All round a disappointing visit.
