Miserable staff who didn't give advice on their hot chocolate choices when asked, asked where the cream was and abruptly told its an extra 50p, happy to pay it if told when ordering, definitely not recommended.
Some nice new meal pot's. It's nice a relaxing, could place to enjoy a drink.

Nice friendly staff, quick service. Restroom spotless. Lovely coffee and cake. Highly recommend the coffee, walnut and pecan. Everything was wonderful. Apart from the one annoying fly. Relaxed music and lots of space. Best Costa i'v ever been in apart from the ones in Nottingham, Lincoln, Bradford, Leeds.
My Costa visit today was in Retford,You get an excellent welcome & service from the staff here,Great to see them in the spirit of the things by dressing up in Halloween outfits,well done to you all..plenty of indoor seating ,non outside !
