The seasonal drinks taste like wax or cigarette ash, the was no difference in taste from when I had a pumpkin spice latte and when I had a gingerbread latte. The customer service is appalling Walked through the door where a worker was sat on her phone, on a call, completely blanked my existence for 15 minutes before reluctantly coming over to my order which I had to repeat multiple times. The hot drinks are never hot they are just lukewarm and the cups have no kind of insulating ridges on the side to help keep it warm for longer so it goes cold fast. Honestly disappointing.
Absolutely appalling service. We stood waiting to be served for a good 10 minutes with not even so much as an acknowledgement that we had walked through the door. After which time we walked out empty handed. Don't advertise take out services if you are unwilling to serve people who walk through the door especially when the coffee is so expensive for what it is.
Asked for extra hot but was barely warm and that was drinking it in a paper cup with a lid.......would have been even cooler in a proper cup!! Listen to peoples choices. I asked for extra hot so do it extra hot!!!
If you want drive through, be prepared to wait....a long time. It feels like the staff try their best, hence 3 stars, but they do not have enough staff to deliver the service efficiently.
Shame the staff were more interested in their phones than delivering customer service. Very messy, reduced seating due to covid and every table hadn't been cleaned... Very disappointed
