Zoe was amazing and very helpful! She served us with a smile, cracked a few jokes and helped my partner and I so much with our order. Lisa was the other member of staff there and she was also very helpful, she managed to get our items super quick! In, out in less than 10 mins with everything we wanted! Thanks guys!

Lost it? Maybe the staff have too but they found exactly what we ordered through click and collect within seconds. Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Always a pleasure to go and see for the items you need. Highly recommended branch at Sutton-in-Ashfield. Go and see them. You'll come home with what you need, and a smile.

If I could there would be more than 5 stars here. Moved house shortly before lockdown started and Toolstation has been my saviour!! had several larger items delivered but the click and collect service at Sutton in Ashfield has been outstanding. A total of 12 orders placed and the longest wait for message to say the order is ready was 12 minutes. On collection each time the staff have been friendly and professional. Well done guys and gals during these testing times. Thanks and "stay safe"

Today I was served by zoe who gave fantastic customer service and satisfaction, she engaged in conversation and very chirpy with a smile. On a whole all the staff were great and I would visit this store again when the time comes when I next need a product or product's. Thankyou 😃
