I am reluctant to give an honest appraisal of the work carried out by Mr and Mrs Wilks for Ariane Medical Systems! My fear is they will be so overrun with new clients that they will not be available for us. They are reliable, flexible and handle routine work smoothly with minimum distraction of staff members. Where an issue needs added input we are fully briefed ahead of meetings. Also of importance is how our accounting and book keeping work is viewed by suppliers, customers and the bank. They all think we are at the top of our game in this regard. So, yes employ the services of Mr and Mrs Wilks if you want the best but please don't try to steal all their time!!!
