I've always had really good service from here previously (hence not 1 start), this time however it wasn't. Over 10 weeks to not get a small part sprayed with a different excuse every time. Sorry but not again

Really good service all round couldn’t be more happier as well as a really sound gentle man who works around your work schedule. Highly recommend him even though I drove 32 miles to reach him.

Took my car to have some bodywork attended to. I was given the date for the car to go in, July 17th. The price was agreed and the car duly arrived at their premises at 0900 on that Monday. I was told the car would be ready by the Friday. I went 4 days without the car. On the Thursday I popped in to pay the bill in cash for works done as I had got a medical in London on the Friday. I arrive with money in hand to be told "You might as well take it pal, I have been ill, I haven't even started it mate". Taken aback by his manner, he just didn't seem bothered I asked when he would be able to do the work. The reply "err oh, err the end of OCTOBER! He had cars in there that weren't there on Monday all with work being done. I got the impression he had either double booked, had more "important" work or could not be bothered. His attitude was so poor that I realised that arguing the toss would get me nowhere and it was probably best if I took my business elsewhere. We are a busy family, we both work and I have a small business. Being without a car is a genuine struggle. To not even receive a call out of politeness is deplorable. Would I recommend them, err that will be a definite NO!
