There was only one place I was going to use after a prang; just collected my car after work by Graham and the team; looks like new. Lovely people to deal with, very professional set up, good value for money and excellent customer service. Wouldn't use anyone else!

Asked for a quote by email and facebook and got no reply. So i went to Fretwells in worksop who are really friendly, high quality work and very reasonably priced.

If you want TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, never to be contacted back over a 12 month period ... THIS IS THE COMPANY FOR YOU. I Cannot say how good they are at their job because all I got was WAFFLE and ZERO interest in doing my Jaguar E-type, after their first visit to see my car when they promised me so much. I politely waited, waited and waited but NO PROMISED calls were ever returned, oh apart from ONE when I owed them money for some Aerosols to match my paint wanted paying after they had received 2 days before. Otherwise all I got was ... 'Oh I thought Graham was dealing with it, oh I thought my wife was dealing with it'. Even staff who picked up the phone said ''As soon as he comes out of the spray booth, or, as soon as he is back he will ring you straight back ... NO RETURNED CALLS - EVER. After 13 weeks of waiting for them to come over to see my stripped down bonnet for advice which they promised, I finally decided to 'mildly' complain. I politely asked his wife if they could call over (10 miles) one weekend afternoon if they were so busy in the week to be told ... ''Don't you have any time off? we are very busy''. I tried to book a slot for them to call over but I was told again we are very busy and you will have to ring us to make sure 'he' is available THE DAY BEFORE. My car was to be Metallic and I asked 'ONE QUESTION' from day one ... 'Can I see a Metallic Car you have painted please'. 'No problem was the answer but we don't have one in at the moment'. Fine, I will wait. After 2 months I asked the question again. They said 'We have a Porsche coming in soon to be painted metallic you can see that'. No calls back after telling me to 'ring them in about 3 weeks to see it' ... When I did ring they said 'Oh it as gone now back to the customer'. Excuses included ... We are very busy ... We have just come back off holiday and are behind ... We have staff off on holiday so very busy ... It is Bank Holiday in 2 weeks so it will have to be after that ... Blah Blah Blah. I am retired now after running my own business for 35 YEARS, a lot of the time I was run off my feet ... BUT ... every single customer I had was treat the same with respect and a willingness to make them happy and want to come back, more so, recommend me to others if they wanted to spend £5 or £5,000 with my company. I have now found a company that 'VALUES THEIR CUSTOMERS' to paint my car. GOOD LUCK WITH THIS COMPANY !!!

My family have used this company for years. Just picked up my Range Rover after a nasty prang and it’s looking like new again. Attention to detail is second to none. Absolutely fantastic job, great service will use again! Hopefully not too soon lol. If you care about your car take it here 👍
