I recently had my boiler and hot water cylinder annual service completed by Matt from Durham Heating Services. From the initial call to book an appointment to the day of the service the team were friendly and accommodating to ensure I had all the information I required. On the day of the service Matt was friendly, worked efficiently to complete the job and followed all social distancing and safety measures. Great job, I would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Excellent service from quote to boiler installation. All completed on time and to the quote price with good tidy workmanship. Boiler is a big improvement and happy to recommend Durham's.

We have used Durham's for a number of years for the servicing of our boiler and when the time came for a new system to be installed they seemed like the obvious choice! They have been exceptionally helpful and friendly (even clearing up after themselves!) and I would have no issues recommending them to anyone. We have also had our bathroom fitted by them and Tom's eye for detail is outstanding! I wouldn't ever look to use anyone else for heating or plumbing services!

Friendly and accommodating staff, fully covid compliant wore a mask at all times and kept distance. Highly recommend for boiler/cylinder and under floor heating service.

Fully installed bathroom We chose the products from Amcos and Durham’s installed. The whole experience from start to finish went exactly as planned. Scott project managed very professionally throughout. The diary was carried out with military precision. Everyone turned up on time, exactly as planned. Each stage was completed with experienced individuals, keeping us informed of the detail at each stage. All staff are friendly, respectful & polite. You are all a credit to your business!! **Your attention to detail is exemplary** We are totally happy with the end product. What we chose in Amcos is exactly what has been fitted. We have since had a water softener installed, again as a direct result of James in Amcos, and there will be some more work to be done very soon. If you want an electrical or plumbing job done, then to have no need to go any further than Amcos & Durhams. What a fantastic business partnership. Well done to absolutely EVERYONE involved, but special mention has to go to James in Amcos & Scott from Durhams, who between them helped us to have exactly what we wanted.....a beautiful walk in shower/bathroom of 5*+ quality👍👍
